Overview:
UNICEF is looking for a national event management agency to organize and provide logistic support during five training events: two trainings in Tiraspol on strengthening immunization program and Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) and three workshops in Chisinau: two on strengthening capacities of nurses and midwifes in breastfeeding counselling and one ToT for applying GMCD.
Purpose of the contract
To contribute to strengthening capacities of health workers from Transnistrian region in AEFI and strengthening capacities of nurses and midwifes from Chisinau and rational maternity awards in breastfeeding counselling, an Agency will be hired to organize five training events for 25 participants each. Two events will take place in Tiraspol and three events in Chisinau. Trainings are planned to be conducted in July - December 2018.
How to apply
Hardcopy Bids should be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received not later than 17:00
(EET) on 2 July 2018 in one copy, duly signed and dated. Bidders must submit the sealed bid in
a suitable envelope; the bid must be dispatched to arrive at the UNICEF office indicated no later
than the closing time and date. The envelope must be clearly marked as follows:

The envelope must contain the signed Bid Form and all the required annexes and
documents, as follows:
- Organization profile with a record of relevant experience in successful
organization of similar events;
- List and CVs of staff who will implement the ToR activities and
organize the events
- Proposed work plan for the activities
- Budget with a detailed breakdown
Bids received in any other manner will be invalidated.
