Background

International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission to the Republic of Moldova

 the IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for a Local IT Consultant (Service Provider) according to the Terms of Reference attached, to develop and implement an automated information system of the Service of Psychological Assistance of the Border Police as the project Beneficiary.
The initiative is part of the project “Development of Integrated Psychological Services of the Border Police in the Republic of Moldova (SPINS)”, funded by the IOM International Development Fund (IDF).
More details about the requested services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

 Closing date for applications is 12th of February 2019; however, interested candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
