Background

UNICEF Moldova is looking for a National Individual Consultant to develop training modules on Public Finance management (PFM) for children and build capacity of Local Public Authorities (LPAs) in two districts (i.e. Nisporeni and Singerei) and two municipalities, in order to clarify, deepen and enhance their budget skills to better link budget preparation to policies in favour of children and adolescents

Qualifications and experience: 

  • University degree in social sciences and/ or public finance;
  • Experience in working with the Moldovan institutions at the local level;
  • Excellent command of both English language and Romanian language (both oral and written);
  • Strong communication (oral and written) skills;
  • Familiarity with the work of UNICEF and UN in Moldova.
