Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for an International Consultant according to the Terms of Reference attached, to develop the Standard Operating Procedures for the Psychological Service of the Moldovan Border Police.  .

Closing date for applications is 28^th of January 2018. However, interested candidates are strongly encouraged to apply asap.
