Background

Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for an International Consultant according to the Terms of Reference attached, to develop the Standard Operating Procedures for the Psychological Service of the Moldovan Border Police.  .

The cover letter should be accompanied by (i) a brief draft methodology envisaged for accomplishing the work and (ii) a financial offer as indicated in the ToR.

Closing date for applications is 28th of January 2018. However, interested candidates are strongly encouraged to apply asap.
