Background

UNICEF Moldova is seeking for an individual consultant for the development of the 2016 Country Analytical Report on juvenile justice for Moldova

Objectives: This consultancy is aimed at supporting UNICEF is developing 2016 Country analytical report on juvenile justice, in order to strengthen data quality and data management processes concerning children’s access to justice, so as to better support national policies and planning and to facilitate reporting to international bodies on the above-mentioned treaties and country participation in international databases.

The consultant will have the following major areas of responsibilities: mapping of the institutions and agencies that are involved in justice processes concerning children and data collection processes under their responsibility, description and data compilation, developing 2016 Country Analytical Report on juvenile justice (in Romanian);
