UNICEF Moldova is seeking a Financial Expert for the development of the standard package of educational services for pre-school, primary, lower secondary and upper secondary.

Objective: To support the development of the Standard Package for educational services for pre-school, primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education in the Republic of Moldova

The Financial Expert will work in team with the expert in Education Policy who will be hired by UNICEF and who will be the team leader. The Financial Expert will provide expertise, guidance and assistance in the development of the standard package of education services for pre-school, primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education with focus on the financial aspects of the package. The package will include costs and impact and recommendations of its implementation. The team of national consultants will assist the working group at the level of Ministry of Education.
