Background

UNICEF Moldova is seeking an expert in Education Policy development (who will also play the role of the team leader, and who can apply in a team with an expert in financing).

Objective: To support the development of the Standard Package for educational services for pre-school, primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education in the Republic of Moldova

The expert in Education Policy will work in team with the Financial Expert to be hired by UNICEF. The expert in Education Policy will be the team leader and will provide expertise, guidance and assistance in the development of the standard package of education services for pre-school, primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education. The package will include costs and impact and recommendations of its implementation. The team of consultants will assist the working group at the level of Ministry of Education.
