Background

 UNICEF Moldova is seeking a National consultant in public-private partnership (PPP).

The overall aim of UNICEF is to continue to improve the situation of excluded children living in marginalized communities with large minorities and in most vulnerable and deprived areas. The Country office aims at building long term alliances with the public and private sector, as its role is expected to grow as a key contributor to development funds.

 Objective: The consultant is expected to support UNICEF in development of PPPs; as well as in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the advocacy and resource mobilization events.
