Background

UNICEF Moldova is seeking for National Consultancy to support development of the Standard Package for educational services for pre-school, primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education in the Republic of Moldova.

Objective: The team of two national consultants, one on education policy and one on financial issues, will assist the working group in the development of the Standard Education Services Package for pre-school, primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education.

The assistance will be provided in compliance with relevant international legal and regulatory frameworks Moldova is part of, and specifically with particular emphasis on Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA) and Gender Equality (GE) principles.
