Background

International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission to the Republic of Moldova

Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is seeking for a National Consultant to support the execution of the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the Global Joint IOM/ UNDP Programme „Mainstreaming Migration into National Development Strategies” in Republic of Moldova according to the Terms of Reference attached.

 The IOM/UNDP Global Joint Programme “Mainstreaming Migration into National Development Strategies” will execute the mid-term review of the Programme, as to review progress in the implementation of the programme and help government and implementing partners re-assess initial priorities and to determine to what extent the country handover strategy is feasible to be developed/implemented in order to transfer project-related responsibilities to national authorities.
