International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission to the Republic of Moldova

Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for a local Consultant according to the Terms of Reference attached, for a thorough assessment of the current communication patterns and tools of the Bureau of Migration and Asylum (BMA) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Republic of Moldova and formulating relevant strategic recommendations.

•  The cover letter should be accompanied by a brief draft methodology envisaged for accomplishing the work and a tentative timeline.

 Closing date for applications is 20 March 2016. However, interested candidates are strongly encouraged to apply asap.
