Request For Proposals No. MD10-2014-027

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter referred to as the IOM) invites qualified companies to participate within the tender for the provision of „Land Rover”automotive brand maintenance and repair services of the EUBAM Mission.

The detailed specification and requirements for the executors are displayed in the list of requirements (which can be found on the website).

The commercial offer shall include: the price list, along with the package of documents for the tender (copies of the incorporation documents, certificates on state registration, copy of authorized or license in maintenance and repair services; and duly accomplished vendor verification form) and shall be submitted personally or sent by post, in a sealed envelope, to the IOM, EUBAM Mission, at the following address: 36/1 Ciuflea Street, Chisinau, MD-2001, Moldova(to the attention of Mr. Valentin VATAMAN) no later than 6:00 P.M., May 26, 2014. The proposals shall not be accepted after expiry of the deadline.

Another important requirement of the tender is the winner’s availability to accept the IOM standard contract as a basis and to incorporate in it, as an annex, the particular conditions and requirements.

The commercial offer shall be valid for at least 30 calendar days from the tender closing date. This fact shall be indicated in the given commercial offer.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, to cancel the selection process or reject all bids at any time before signing the contract, without having obligations towards the Service Provider.

Organizaţia Internaţională pentru Migraţie (denumită în continuare OIM) invită companiile calificate să participe la tenderul privind prestarea serviciilor de deservire tehnică şi reparaţie a automobilelor marca „Land Rover”ale Misiunii EUBAM.

Specificaţia detaliată şi cerinţele faţă de executori sunt expuse în Lista de cerinţe (poate fi găsită pe site).

Oferta comercială trebuie să includă Lista de preţuri, împreună cu pachetul de documente pentru tender (copiile documentelor de constituire, certificatele privind înregistrarea de stat, copie de autorizare sau de licenţă în domeniul de prestare a serviciilor de întreţinere şi reparaţii a autoturismelor şi Formularul de Verificare Furnizor completat) care trebuie să fie depusă personal sau expediată prin poştă, într-un plic sigilat, către OIM, Misiunea EUBAM, pe adresa: str. Ciuflea, 36/1, Chișinău, MD-2001, Moldova(în atenţia lui Valentin VATAMAN) până cel târziu la ora 18:00, 26 mai 2014. După expirarea termenului de primire ofertele nu se mai acceptă.

Încă o cerinţă importantă a tenderului este disponibilitatea câştigătorului de a accepta ca bază contractul standard al OIM şi să includă în acesta, sub formă de anexă, condiţiile şi cerinţele specifice.

Oferta comercială trebuie să fie valabilă timp de cel puţin 30 de zile calendaristice de la data închiderii tenderului, fapt care trebuie să fie indicat în oferta comercială dată.

Vă rugăm să indicaţi pe plic denumirea proiectului: EUBAM,prestarea serviciilor de deservire tehnică şi reparaţie a automobilelor marca „Land Rover”, tenderul MD10-2014-027.

OIM îşi rezervă dreptul de a accepta sau a respinge orice oferte, de a anula procesul de selecţie sau de a respinge toate ofertele în orice moment până la semnarea Contractului, fără a avea nicio obligaţie faţă de Furnizorul de servicii.
