Support to Confidence Building Measures Programme invites design offices to participate in a tender for carrying out structural-design works (drawings and technical specifications for construction works), cost estimates, bill of quantities and appropriate professional services to be developed by authorised companies.

Overall objective: Provision of architectural and engineering services with emphasis on development of structural design required for installation of solar collectors for domestic hot water in social institutions based in the Security Zone on the right bank of the Nistru river and Transnistrian region, in accordance with the technical conditions provided in the city planning permit and technical rules and regulations.

UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises at "Le Roi" Business Centre (29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova) a pre-bidding conference on 25 April 2014 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested offerors are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Mariana Nerpii, SCBM Program Assistant (mariana.nerpii@undp.org) by COB on 24 April 2014.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
