IMPORTANT – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The reference LRPS-DSU-2016-9126310 must be shown on the envelope containing the Technical Proposal and on the envelope containing the Price Proposal, as well as on the outer packaging containing both envelopes.

The bid form must be used when replying to this request for proposal.

The Proposals MUST be received at the above address by latest 17:00 on 28 July 2016. Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of proposals.

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
