Request for Proposals

 

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for organizing the Diaspora Business Forum for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

 

Within the framework of the SDC funded project Consolidating Moldova’s Migration and Development Institutional Framework (MIDIDOM)”, IOM is supporting the Diaspora Relations Bureau of the State Chancellery (BRD) in improving the business-enabling environment at the national level by organizing an event and follow-up platform for effective dialogue between the diaspora business community and Government, as well as facilitating information-sharing with potential investors.

 

IOM now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for delivering the services for organizing the Diaspora Business Forum. More details about the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

 

The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

 

The RFP includes the following documents:

Section II. Terms of Reference

 

The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM in sealed envelopes with the mark: Diaspora Business Forum to the address: 36/1 Ciuflea St., Chisinau, MD-2001, office 25, from 09:30 to 17:00 by latest 17 June 2016. No late proposal shall be accepted.

 

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
