UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN’S FUND (UNICEF) wishes to invite interested companies to submit a proposal for supporting UNICEF Moldova in monitoring, evaluation and analysis of media coverage on child rights.

UNICEF is eliciting the services of a highly qualified company to help its communication division evaluate its public visibility efforts through a brand awareness study and to regularly monitor its media outreach and engagement through a content analysis of children’s issues reflected in the media. The first brand awareness study will be organised at the beginning of the year, to provide for a baseline. The study will be complemented by quarterly media monitoring reports, which will help identify and address bottlenecks. Finally, in April 2017 the brand measurement exercise will provide an evaluation of the communication, project visibility and media outreach efforts and will help in the design of future interventions.
