Overview:
UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their Quotations for Venue, catering and event management services to support UNICEF Moldova in organizing the "Ensuring the right to education for children with disabilities” conference.
For details, please consult the Terms of Reference annexed as Annex B to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document attached.
The deadline for submission of Bids is as follows:
Monday, 19 November 2018, 10:00 (GMT+3)
Any Quotation received by UNICEF after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Instructions for quotation submission:
The Bidder’s Quotation will include all of the following labelled annexes:
- Filled and signed Quotation Form, with offer lump sum provided, in MDL, with validity period 120 days
- Detailed breakdown of the price offer
- Organization profile with a record of relevant experience in successful
organization of similar events;
- List of staff who will implement the ToR activities and organize the events
- Proposed work plan for the activities
Hardcopy submissions:
Sealed bids must be received not later than 10:00 (GMT+3) on 19 November 2018 in one copy, duly signed and dated. Any delays encountered in the mail delivery will be at the risk of the bidder. No late submissions will be accepted.

Proposals sent by e-mail must be received not later than 10:00 (GMT+3) on 19 November 2018 in one e-mail containing a scanned copy of the submission, including duly signed Quotation Form, with the e-mail subject " LRQS-2018-9144509 Venue, Catering and Event Management Services ". The official address for e-mail submission will be chisinautenders@unicef.org. The e-mail sent shall be free from viruses and corrupted files. Max. File Size per transmission: 15 MB.
