Overview:
UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their Bids for Venue and catering service provider to support UNICEF Moldova in organizing a Consultation Workshop on the proposed amendments to the adoption and guardianship legal framework, as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference/Statement of Work annexed as Annex B to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document attached.
The deadline for submission of Bids is as follows:
Thursday, 30 August 2018, 16:00 (GMT+3)
Any Bids received by UNICEF after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
Instructions for bid submission:
The Bidder’s Bid will include all of the following labelled annexes:
- Filled and signed Quotation Form, with offer lump sum provided, in MDL, with validity period 120 days
- Detailed breakdown of the price offer
- Organization profile with a record of relevant experience in successful
organization of similar events;
- List of staff who will implement the ToR activities and organize the events
- Proposed work plan for the activities
Hardcopy submissions:
Sealed bids must be received not later than 16:00 (GMT+3) on 30 August 2018 in one copy, duly signed and dated. Any delays encountered in the mail delivery will be at the risk of the bidder.

Proposals sent by e-mail must be received not later than 16:00 (GMT+3) on 30 August 2018 in one e-mail containing a scanned copy of the bid duly signed and dated, with the e-mail subject " LRQS-2018-9142094 Venue and Catering Services".
