Overview:
United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) invites interested companies to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for one complete set of equipment for a child-friendly hearing room. Please find detailed description and requirements for the equipment in the attached ITB document.
Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to rbradescu@unicef.org, indicating whether you intend to submit a Bid or otherwise.
Please provide in your bid the delivery date as per your capacities and arrangements with the suppliers. While it is not the most important selection criteria, an earlier delivery date will constitute an advantage.

Hardcopy submissions:
Bids should be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received not later than 17:00 (EET) on 11 June 2018 in one copy, duly signed and dated. The envelope must be clearly marked as follows:

The envelope must contain the signed Bid Form and all the required annexes and documents, as outlined in the attached ITB, Section II Submission process, paragraph 5, Preparation of offer.
Bids received in any other manner will be invalidated.
E-mailed submissions:
Proposals sent by e-mail should be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received not later than 17:00 (EET) on 11 June 2018, in a separate e-mail containing a scanned copy of the duly signed and dated Bid Form with the e-mail subject "LITB-2018-9139465". The official address for e-mail submission will be chisinautenders@unicef.org. The bidder must attach to the e-mail the signed Bid Form and all the required annexes and documents, as outlined in the attached ITB, Section II Submission process, paragraph 5, Preparation of offer. No links to external pages will be considered.
The e-mail sent shall be free from viruses and corrupted files. Max. file size per transmission: 20 MB.
