Wishes to invite interested companies to submit Quotations for office equipment:
Lot 1: Workgroup copy Machine - 1 pcs.
Lot 2: Ergonomic office swivel chairs - 25 pcs.

How to apply: Interested companies are invited to fill, sign and submit the provided Quotation Form.
Hardcopy submissions: Sealed bids must be received not later than 17:00 (GMT+2) on Monday, 20 November 2017 in one copy, duly signed and dated, at UNICEF office (131, ’31 August 1989’ st., Chisinau, MD-2012)
E-mailed submissions: Proposals sent by e-mail must be received not later than 17:00 (GMT+2) on Monday, 20 November 2017 in one e-mail containing a scanned copy of the bid duly signed and dated, with the e-mail subject LRFQ-2017-9136035, Office Equipment. The official address for e-mail submission will be chisinautenders@unicef.org. The e-mail sent shall be free from viruses and corrupted files. Max. File Size per transmission: 5 MB.
