Wishes to invite interested companies to submit a Quotation for Venue and catering services to support UNICEF Moldova in organizing 4 trainings sessions for legal advisors on integrating child rights in law-making process
The company will have the responsibility to provide venue and catering services for 4 training sessions, 20 participants each, to take place in Chisinau, 23 November – 8 December 2017.
How to apply: Interested companies are invited to fill, sign and submit the provided Quotation Form.
Hardcopy submissions: Sealed bids must be received not later than 17:00 (GMT+3) on 10 November 2017 in one copy, duly signed and dated, at UNICEF office (131, ’31 August 1989’ st., Chisinau, MD-2012)
E-mailed submissions: Proposals sent by e-mail must be received not later than 17:00 (GMT+3) on 10 November 2017 in one e-mail containing a scanned copy of the bid duly signed and dated, with the e-mail subject LRQS-2017-9135803 Venue and Catering Services. The official address for e-mail submission will be chisinautenders@unicef.org. The e-mail sent shall be free from viruses and corrupted files. Max. File Size per transmission: 5 MB.
