Overview:
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter referred to as the IOM) invites qualified companies to participate within the tender for the provision of „Land Rover”, “Volkswagen” and “Toyota” automotive brands maintenance and repair services of the EUBAM Mission.
The commercial offer shall include: the price list, along with the package of documents for the tender (copies of the incorporation documents, certificates on state registration, copy of authorized or license in maintenance and repair services; duly accomplished Vendor Information Sheet) and shall be submitted personally or sent by post, in a sealed envelope, to the IOM, EUBAM Mission, at the following address: 36/1 Ciuflea Street, Chisinau, MD-2001, Moldova no later than 4:00 P.M., September 29, 2017. The proposals shall not be accepted after expiry of the deadline.
The Bidders can submit offers for all three brands as well as for one or two of them. The offers will be evaluated by each automotive brand.
Another important requirement of the tender is the winner’s availability to accept the IOM standard contract as a basis and to incorporate in it, as an annex, the particular conditions and requirements.
The commercial offer shall be presented in MDL or USD at VAT 0 rate, valid for at least 30 calendar days from the tender closing date. This fact shall be indicated in the given commercial offer.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, to cancel the selection process or reject all bids at any time before signing the contract, without having obligations towards the Service Provider.
