Request for Proposals
Within the framework of the project “Supporting the implementation of the migration and development component of the EU-Moldova Mobility Partnership and harnessing its benefits for the residents of the Transnistria Region of the Republic of Moldova” also known as SIMP II”, IOM intends to contract an IT Company that will re-design the website with the domain name www.migratie.md addressed to the following target groups: Moldovan migrants/diaspora, as well as Moldovan citizens residing in the country that are contemplating to emigrate, foreigners that are already staying in Moldova or foreigners that plan to immigrate to Moldova.
IOM now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for delivering the redesign services for the web site www.migartie.md. More details about the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the mark: “Re-design of website www.migratie.md” to the address: 36/1 Ciuflea St., Chisinau, MD-2001, office 25, from 09:30 to 17:00 by latest 21 August 2017. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
