Minimum qualification requirements:  

The coordinators' competencies shall include:
·        Professional experience in the area of education, rights of the child/human rights;
·        Previous experience of cooperation with international organizations;
·        Confirmed experience and activity in the area of education;
·        Capacity to organize the work of teams during data collection and analysis;
·        Networking and coordination capacities;
·        Capacity to deliver the final outputs on time and within the budget;
·        Good data analysis and report writing skills

The team’s competencies shall include:
·        Ability to manage complex projects and budgets;
·        Good communication skills;
·        Ability to organize the joint work during surveys.
·        Ability to analyze and interpret data;
·        Excellent tri-partite translation capacities to-from Romanian, Russian, English
