The aim of this work is to evaluate the status of MDGs achievement, focusing on the analysis of the institutional capacity in the Republic of Moldova to reflect MDGs in plans, programs and national and sector strategies and to monitor progress in these areas. The study is structured by goals and targets, thus facilitating eventual comparative studies at the regional and global levels.
