Background

National Consultant based in the Republic of Moldova for supporting the Development of the "Strategic Development Concept" of the Center of Excellence in Border Security (CEBS) for enhancing the planning, organizing and carrying out of Border Police training”

 The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for commissioning a National Consultant (NC), based in the Republic of Moldova, who under the overall guidance of the Project Manager and the General Inspectorate of Border Police of the Ministry of internal Affairs’ (GIBP) administration and with the support of the Project Team (PT), shall contribute with the local knowledge and expertise to a comprehensive baseline assessment of the CEBS training capacity and developing for GIBP of a consistent Strategic Development Concept of the CEBS in accordance with the attached TORs.
