Background

International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission to the Republic of Moldova

Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for an International Consultant according to the Terms of Reference attached, to develop the concept of the System of Integrated Psychological services for the Moldovan Border Police.

2. Additional remarks: 

a. The cover letter should be accompanied by (i) a brief draft methodology envisaged for accomplishing the work and (ii) a financial offer as indicated in the ToR;

b. Please use of the following mandatory subject title for the application:  

„Consultancy on creation of ISPS for Border Police – job application”;

c. Closing date for applications is 22nd of November 2017. However, interested candidates are strongly encouraged to apply asap;

d. Only pre-selected candidates will be contacted for interview.
