Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for a National Consultant – National Consultant to support the strengthening of the national focal points’ capacity responsible for mainstreaming diaspora, migration and development aspects into central and local development policies and programmes, according to the attached Terms of Reference.
