Technical Expert to provide support to Ministry of Health under HIV/AIDS and Vulnerable adolescents Programme - UNICEF

Purpose:
To build capacities of the National Centre of Preventive Medicine staff on project management, planning activities, quality control, monitoring & evaluation and reporting.
To assist the Ministry of Health in successful implementation of the planned activities under the project signed with National Centre of Preventive Medicine on diminishing stigma and discrimination and increasing confidentiality in the health care system in line with project implementation schedule.
