United Nations Children’s Fund in Moldova is seeking for International Expert to assess the Emergency Response System in Moldova and develop recommendations for introduction of the psycho-social support component for children and families in crisis.

Purpose:
To assess emergency preparedness system in Moldova in relation to psycho-social support and draw out recommendations for strategic improvement of psycho-social support in emergencies component. As a part of this assignment desk review, information gathering, data collection, interviews, consultations and analysis.
