International Consultant - Improvement of Education Statistics - UNICEF

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Economics/Statistics and/or areas relevant for the assignment (education, social science, other);
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the required field
• Knowledge of international norms and standards in education statistics (particularly ISCED-97) as well as familiarity with educational system in EU region
• Knowledge of the government institutions and understanding of planning, policy development, analysis and research;
• Good analytical and writing skills;
• Necessary abilities for team-work;
• Fluency in English;
