National Consultant/Group of  Experts to elaborate a methodology of monitoring and evaluation of social protection policies, assistance to the Ministry of Social Protection, Family and Child - UNICEF

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • university degree in social sciences, economics, public administration, and other related fields, with minimum 5 years of related professional experience;
  • extensive knowledge of monitoring methodologies; 
  • previous experience in working with central public administration;
  • knowledge of the peculiarities of the social sector in the Republic of Moldova;
  • flexibility in responding to the needs of the contracting consultancy;
  • experience in consultancies within the UN system desired;
  • knowledge of English would be an asset.
