We kindly request interested companies to submit their quotation and filled in Quotation Submission Form (available below for download in Word format) not later than 09 September 2014, 23:59 (GMT+2:00). Quotations shall be submitted in English or Romanian duly signed and stamped and shall be marked with the note: “RfQ 2014 / 001 UNFPA Server”
Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
