International Organization for Migration (IOM), mission to the Republic of Moldova invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for IT equipment and Software.


Within the framework of project “Strengthening criminal justice response to trafficking in persons, guaranteeing legal assistance to victims and potential victims and preventing domestic violence and hate crimes in Moldova” funded by the INL (U.S. Dept. of State), IOM is looking for eligible suppliers to submit quotations for IT equipment and Software.

 

Purpose:

 

The purpose of the project id to improve the capacity of the Government of Moldova to prevent and respond to TiP and related human rights violations. The project is in line with and complements the Government of Moldova’s (GoM) efforts to reform its Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) and its criminal justice system, to provide a better response to the crime of trafficking in persons (TiP), including, the recruitment, exploitation and abuse via internet, to efficiently protect the rights of victims and potential victims of trafficking in line with international standards, to prevent domestic violence and hate crimes in Moldova.

The Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the mark: “IT equipment and Software for Cyber Crime Unit ” to the address: 36/1 Ciuflea St., Chisinau, MD-2001, office 25, from 09:30 to 17:30 by latest 14th of August 2014. No late proposal shall be accepted.
