We kindly request you to submit your proposals for the Developing the E-learning platform and distance based education modules for health personnel, including migrants with health professional background, working outside the health field in the frame of the Project “Better managing the mobility of health professionals in the Republic of Moldova” as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFP.
Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
