Request for Proposals
Within the framework of the EC funded project “Strengthening Migration Management and Cooperation on Readmission in Eastern Europe (MIGRECO)” IOM is supporting the Moldovan Migration Management agencies as BMA of the MoI and GDCA of the MFAEI in defining of the needs and subsequent development of necessary IT applications related to visa and documentation procedures.
IOM now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Development of the IT applications for the SIIAMA subsystem of the Bureau for Migration and Asylum, including processing and exchange of migration related data and information between BMA and other relevant agencies. More details about the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the mark: “Development of IT applications for SIIAMA Subsystem of BMA ” to the address: 36/1 Ciuflea St., Chisinau, MD-2001, office 25, from 09:30 to 17:00 by latest 1st of April 2014. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
