UNITED NATION CHILDREN’S FUND (UNICEF) wishes to invite you to submit a Quotation for Visibility and communication materials, as per the RFQ attached.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically:

Documents/offers in hard copy need to be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “UNICEF Moldova LRFQ-DSU-2016-9128849”, and company name, addressed to:

UNICEF Moldova, 131, ‘31 August 1989’ Street, Chisinau, MD-2012

Offers sent electronically need to be addressed to the following e-mail address:

chisinau@unicef.org, with “UNICEF Moldova LRFQ-DSU-2016-9128849” as the subject line of the message.

The reference LRFQ-DSU-2016-9128849 must be shown on the envelope containing the Quotation. Quotation form must be used when replying to this request for proposal.

The Quotations MUST be received at the above address by latest 17:00 on 25 November 2016. Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of quotations.

Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all of the provisions of the request for quotation, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a quotation in compliance with them.

Note that failure to provide compliant quotation may result in invalidation of your quotation.
