The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) announces a public tender for the following Services: Conduction of 2 two-three day long seminars “Basic and Advanced Crisis Communication” for European Union Border Assistance Mission for Moldova and Ukraine.  More details on the services are provided in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office address at 13, Zatyshna str., Odesa, 65012, Ukraine (attn. Procurement unit, procurement@eubam.org) on or before 15:00 (EEST) Monday, 05 October 2015. No late proposal shall be accepted.

The Proposal should include copies of company’s statutory documents, Certificate of Registration from government agency in Ukraine or abroad, Valid Government Permits/Licenses, confirmations of Tax Identification Number and local taxes, including value-added tax, issued by respective government agencies in Ukraine or abroad, List of main contracts entered by the Company into for the last 3 years and customers’ references.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
